What this can tell you
Suggestions recognize a small list of common campaign and click identifiers, including utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid. Other parameters are kept. Recognized signatures and access tokens disable automatic removal.
Any parameter can matter to a website. This tool cannot verify that a modified link works, resolve shortened links, inspect a page, or determine whether a destination is trustworthy. Anchors are always kept; they may select a section, route or timestamp.
HTTP(S) only, up to 16,000 characters and 200 query parameters. Links containing embedded login credentials, backslashes, whitespace inside the link, or invalid percent escapes are rejected. Nothing is silently shortened.
